Vistronix Inc., a leading consulting and systems integration company announced today that it has realigned its management team and promoted Christopher J. Winslow to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Effective immediately, Mr. Winslow will be in charge of all operations and business development and report directly to the president and CEO, Deepak Hathiramani.
Mr. Winslow brings over 15-years of Solutions, Technical, Operational, Financial, Government and Entrepreneurial experience to Vistronix and to our government clients as well as a proven ability in creating unique, innovative and cost-effective solutions. Most recently, Mr. Winslow was Vice President of Business Strategy and Professional Services with Primus Telecommunications. Prior to that, he was a founding partner and COO in an ASP consulting and product development firm, iO2Group, Inc., which was recently sold to a telecommunications firm. Mr. Winslow was also a Vice President of Finance, with The MITRE Corporation, a prestigious strategy and consulting firm focused on providing service to the federal government. He transformed the MITRE Finance division by creating a strategy to implement new processes and Internet technology solutions, including web-enabling business critical applications and an intranet, which received a CIO Magazine award for best ROI.
